Pressure Vessel & Boiler Steels
Pressure vessel and boiler steels are special quality steels manufactured to withstand high temperatures, high pressure, and harsh operating conditions. Safely used in critical applications such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy, refineries, process plants, pressure vessels, steam boilers, and industrial tank manufacturing, these steels are among the fundamental materials of engineering projects thanks to their high mechanical strength and weldability properties.
Can Metalurji offers a wide product range in the Pressure Vessel and Boiler Steels group aimed at meeting the needs of different sectors. P265GH, P295GH, P355GH, P275NH, P275NL1, P275NL2, P355NH, P355NL1, P355NL2, P460NH, P460NL1, P460NL2, 16Mo3, and 10CrMo9 10 quality steels are supplied in accordance with international standards and according to project requirements.

Alloyed and non-alloyed pressure vessel steels offer different mechanical properties depending on operating temperature, pressure level, and service conditions. Especially P265GH, P295GH, and P355GH grade boiler steels are widely preferred in boilers operating under high temperatures, steam systems, and pressurized process equipment.
On the other hand, 16Mo3 and 10CrMo9-10 grade steels, which are used in applications requiring higher temperature resistance, provide long-lasting performance in power plants, heat exchangers, steam lines, and high-temperature process equipment.
Normalized, Weldable Fine-Grained Steels
Normalized fine-grained pressure vessel steels are preferred in heavy industry and energy projects because they offer high toughness, superior weldability, and reliable mechanical performance at low temperatures.
P275NH, P275NL1, P275NL2, P355NH, P355NL1, P355NL2, P460NH, P460NL1, and P460NL2 grade steels offer solutions in accordance with international standards for the production of pressure vessels, process tanks, reactors, storage tanks, and petrochemical equipment. Developed according to the operating temperature, NH, NL1, and NL2 grade options provide appropriate mechanical properties for different service conditions.
